Is there anyway or anypart u can get that stops the crappy rubber from chipping off other than spraying it?

I was debating having them done in carbon fibre but was unsure of how the switches would fit and work.

I simply bought some new ones from seat in the end. Had them on for quite a while and seem to be fine.

Not sure how clear laquer would look but then you would have to do the piece by the lever (could look odd)

could try lacquer but dont think it will stick cause its kinda rubbery carbon fibre film is a good idea might try that

The carbon style it might look good also would do wing mirrors!
Would like to know how u would do the inner door handles though cant see how u could carbon them?

So how would we do the crabon look??? any ideas i think im going to give it ago if it goes wrong il just buy new handles! im replacing tweeters today with 1000w ones should make hell of a different! After that im going to change look of dash to carbon

sorry to just jump in but on my ibiza my handels are completly F*cked i havent had it long it was like it when i bought the car it looks like the person before me has just sat in traffic picking it off how he did the passenger side aswell i dont know and why!!! tingtong if i were to paint them would you just sand down to the plastic and then paint in gloss or would you prime them first? also anyone got the part numbers for these bits so i could get some more?

i just took mine off and rubbed it all of so its shiny now. looks better than half and half.

might just buy myself some new ones and spray the old pair. As far as carbon comes i think they need to be moulded?!
