installing Sub and Amp

Hi

I'm putting my sub and amp in my ibiza 130 tdi. I need to get one of the cables to the engine so it can connect to the battery but i can't find a way of getting it into the engine bay from inside the car.

has anyone got any ideas how i can get the wire through or has anyone installed their sub and done it differently???

mine runs through a little hole on the passengers side, it's behind the battery and was there already (i think) will lead the power cable out under the glove box, or at least it does on mine lol

Just for future reference i'd give the search function a try. Thats how i found out how to do it for mine.

It just so happens that i did this today, so i could power my carputer.

Lift up the rubber seal.
One grommit is circled, the second grommit is behind the flap which you can lift up.

Push your wire in as far as possible. From inside the passenger footwell take off the panel above where your feet would be, feel around and you should be able to grab the cable

managed to get it in. the gromits in the pic, on mine were empty.

didn't know earthing the thing would be so tricky tho, but managed to peel the carpet away to find somewhere
