Been meaning to ask about this for a while - bascially when I turn the car on, all of the dials and switches illuminate as if the headlights are on even when the headlights are off. Now I know some cars have illuminated dials etc even during the day and I have no problem with this, but was wondering why the built in sat nav has a day/night mode button on it considering that it always swithces onto night mode when I start the car.
So the question is, is it just my car that does this or have you guys also got daytime illuminated instruments?
