Who knows if the cupra intake is diferent to the rest of 2.0 TFsi engines?

No it isn't the same as other TFSi's. The Cupra requires a take off pipe pre MAF which leads to the remote DV valve.

The intakes on the 2.0L TFSI used in the Leon FR and Leon Sport variants does not have a remote valve and therefore does not require a take off pipe.

So if you buy an intake for a Golf GTi / Leon FR it won't fit the Leon Cupra without modifications.

There is a big thread here discussing suitable intakes for the Cupra.

If you're talking about the standard box then it is the same I think.
However aftermarket intakes such as neuspeed/evoms/forge/dbilas are different for the models:

Audi S3/Leon Cupra/Golf Gti Ed 30 all use the K04 turbo that uses a remote located DV in the engine bay, where as the Leon FR, Audi 2.0T and the Golf Gti use a K03 Turbo with the DV mounted underneath the car.

As a result the Audi S3/Leon Cupra/Golf Gti Ed use a different intake when you are looking at aftermarket intakes.

Replacement filters are the same, they go inside the engine cover. But I presume intake means a full blown replacement air intake, whether it be a Dbilas (with it's own filter box) or an EVOMS with a cone filter.
