Intercooler size...

hey folks ive got a chance of a universal forge intercooler... just wondering if it would suit the ibiza, currently im still running the k03, hoping to go k03s or GT2x soon though. it has the following dims..

Seems core seems abit thick to me mate. Mines only 40mm on my forge cooler

Well its bought now

going for the group buy on the THS hoses, roughly the same size of cooler i think so hopefully they will do

it will fit but i think you have to cut into your bumper,

mine universal fore to:

+-same sizes as yours

Guys.. could you tell me how you went about trimming your bumper?

Sand it down? Cut it with a junior hacksaw?

i cut my bumper with an angle grinder lol it seems a bit excessive but it turned out really well. once i had cut all i needed to cut (wich was alot) lol i used a flat file and ran it all the way along the cut so it was dead straight, then used some sand paper to take the edge off it and tidy it up a little bit. you cant even tel its been touched

used little dremel on mine with round cutting blade, be sure to tape it than you get no cracks etc
