I've just got my new 1.4Tsi FR loving it so far. I've got the tech pack so the upgraded media centre.

I have my iPod (iPod Classic) connected using the iPod cable and music plays perfectly but no album art. It's all there on the iPod but the car just doesn't display it. Is this what should happen or am I missing something?

From what I remember, when I tried my iPod Nano (4th gen) on a test drive a couple of months ago the album art *did* show up. Maybe this indicates it depends on the iPod being used?

Can anyone let me know if they do have it working and with what iPod? Also can you use Bluetooth calls on an iPhone if it's plugged in for media?

Are you sure it's all album art on the iPod, I think someone here said that when playing from the SD Card if the album art was too high-res it didn't show on the screen. Could be related?

Hi mojowill

I have not got any album work/ photos from my iPod classic or I phone. But I have pictures from my sd card. I put a few albums on an sd card just to give it a tryI didn't include album artwork but some if the song have pictures on them and they show up. I have also put my radio station pictures on and have transferred them onto the preset lists. Might be a apple protection thing as we know the lock everything down.

Yes u can make phone calls when it's plugged in ( through Bluetooth ) I had a problem when I did this I had a static sound when he person was speaking but a new interface lead sorted this problem.

Hope this helps

Thanks rik. I've tried album art from iPod, iPhone (cabled) and iPhone BT. All with no artwork. BT when plugged is good as I'm using spotify on the iPhone via BT.
