Is it new suspension time ??

Done a quick search on this but not really found an answer.

Basically my LC is feeling really crashy over rough surfaces at the moment. Even the wife has noticed it
I've done the usual bounce test on each corner and the rebound seems normal. I've also had a quick look for leaking dampers but all seems fine.
The cars just done 92000 last week and is still on the original dampers.
has anyone got any ideas what it could be? I know the LC has never been good at handling poor road surfaces but it's becoming unbareable and beginning to cause interior rattles

have them take a local garage who will check the condition, mines are badly damage as when vw done the gear box oil change. coily coming my way as the car done 90k also and not ideal to lower the car on standard shocks.

will it most likely be the top mount bushes, if any?

i can do wishbone bushes myself but i've heard top mount are a pita.

how much do you reckon they'll be, ballpark obviously
