If you're confident in what you're doing, it really is as simple as it sounds - wire a switch into one of the two wires going to N75 - follow pabs' guide on boost gauge installation on the main site for where you can feed the cable into the cabin, its a pain, but can be done after a bit of fiddling! will need a friend, if not, shine a torch down the hole you drill in the spare grommit and you should see where the light shines down the back of the dash once you've taken the fuse box out from the inside of the drivers door. I found it was easier to lie upside down by the pedals and look up to try and see where the cable was dropping down, although there was a block of fuses/cables that it seemed to get stuck on the first few times I dropped the cable through so might take you a few attempts....... good luck if you try it for now, I don't think I'll be able to take the dash apart again to take photos of this part of the installation again!

Just drove my 19 mile trip to work with the switch off (N75 disconnected) and got no EML or running issues.

As far as economy goes, when you're taking it steady, there is no difference having the switch on or off - I got the same 40mpg average that I previously achieved before putting in the switch.
