Is my gearbox on the way out?

Thats what one of my conclusions was - that or on the hopeful side clutch release bearing.

Was the CSC replaced with the clutch and flywheel?

Does that come part of a clutch kit as thats what was done, flywheel and clutch kit.

Usually they are replaced together but bought separately from pressure plate and clutch disc

It'll be on the receipt, well should

Wont have a receipt for that work.

fromw hat i remember the DMF was order with a clutch kit - nothing else.

It may possibly of been replaced, stupid if it wasn't.

Hopefully someone will come along who is more of a gearbox expert and give you a better answer, but I would suggest from what you've said, possibly Synchro rings.
