just had a quote from jabba for fitting a tip, they quoted £130. i really want to do it on myself but even looking at the guide on here i still wouldn't have a F***ing clue!! can't be doing with forking out the money for the tip then another £130 for getting it fitted!!

i am considering doin the bigger turbo may be a ko3 or a ko4 so this would be useful info when i get mine done

hi there, is there any guide's or tip's any one could tell me as im goin to be fitting my forge t.i.p today, or is it simple to do ? Ive tried searching but cant find anything, Any info much appreciated cheers ?

Fitting TIP

Hi there mate, it is I straight forward job! Hardest part for me was getting the tip on the turbo! I'm sure there are instructions on Forges web site and also this link - Clicky

also you may need to cut the end of the tip as thier normaly too long. good luck its pretty simple

as above really just trim a little at a time though,i did mine on a ramp so i could get to it from beneath or above which made it easier

Took me 3 hours to fit mine the first time

After i fitted the k03s though it only took 10 mins lol car was in the air though which is miles easier!!!
