i would personally stick to the forge stuff or other well known well tested ones as you might risk f**kin with the turbo etc

my mate got one off theseon his ibiza cupra and it seems quite good and also sounds pretty good.

but i tried it on my lcr and it wasnt very good made it run a little lumpy and sounded like a wet fart.

Had one on my LCR but now its modified I run with the 007p.

It was ok and came with 3 springs but the guy who sells it didnt know about refurbishing it which Forge do.

Best off going for the Forge 007p, tried and tested.
