Im thinking bout gettin a new car, also thinking that perhaps a jap import...does any1 know what the insurance is like, as in if its cheaper or more expensive than any other non jap car?

Pros:
japanese emissions regulations are incredibly tight so most cars are the kiss of death after 30/40k hence heathrow engine centre doing so well
plus
most jap fuel stations even recycle/replace the engine oil whilst they fill the tank up - pipe straight in the dipstick
Cons:
a lot of saudi/south african crooks realised its a pretty good way to disguise a stolen motor with the papers and obvious distances involved so be wary of a cheap but top notch car - heard of more than a few turn out to be stolen lately
