I had it all Fitted and running fine then ran into a boost pipe issue as the silicone ones kept popping so i refitted the old unit. And next month im having full custom boost pipes made with minimal joins but with stainless pressure flex's built in to avoid silicone

How much boost were you running to pop your boost pipes? That sounds mental lol

2.5 bar haha the car went like f#*k but boost pipes never fully popped off just noticed it in time before any damage was caused

Used to pop a few of mine, fitted Mikalor clamps, no issues since

Ive got some ive ordered some. More and getting the boost pipe made and its finished and will be running water and oil cooled vklr

im looking forward to seeing the results of this, was looking on youtube last night at ibiza's fitted with the 2260 vklr dreaming about doing to mine and they where stupid fast. the rate of which the speedo went round was mad!

Vklr looks tempting everyday, just can't justify the extra cost of injectors and LSD...

I got a few but i was abit exited to get it fitted and running i forgot to take pics at each step.

These pics were taken before i had to remove the turbo to clock the comp housing over abit more for clearance.
