I pick the modified return tonight due to the turbo fitting its made out of oil resistant hosing the feed is braid one of the water lines is braid and one is ptfe with braided sleeve around it

Mines a oil resistant silicon style hose put it's not as good as I would enjoy. I'll have a play this weekend I think, to find where my slight leak is coming from.

I will be using sealing spray on all the silicone joins and joints even the boost pipes its like a glue that works along side the clamps to prevent air and water leaks

The hose will take 200 ish but ive got some braided sleeve to protect it abit more which has a rubber lining

Or yeah its oil resistant and you spray it onto the surface you want to pipe to slide onto and it drys and holds to pipe on solid

Yes the actuator abd the arm has been cut and welded to the size needed and tested buy the guy that built and balanced the turbo

Heard of that before, never thought of using it for that though. If you need any fine tuning whilst on the car, can you still make any adjustments?

I managed to get the vanes perfect first time round so stop screw never needed adjusting, just getting the actuator length right was all that was needed. Hopefully you'll be fine :)

just a rough fit to show how much of a perfect fit it is im going to be using studs so just held it in place with bolts for photos

Looks very good!

How much was that adapter for the oil return?

Managed to seal off my leak using some Locktite 5922 on the gasket as the oil return doesn't sit 100% flush. This little adaptor would be perfect to remove my kink in the pipe.
