Ye I will see if I can clock it abit more if not chop it and re weld it.

The cold side should rotated 360' without issues, just have to make sure the core is still central and oil return remains facing down ;)

Sounds good with the actuator, the only clearance issue I had was the driveshaft when resting on its wheels hit the actuator, so had to pull it out more.
 
Ye was talking to a guy the other day that fitted one to his for just uprated the clutch fitted single mass and uprated injectors and got 297 with 3 different rolling road printouts to prove

Sorry for the slow updates guys ive been soo busy at work the last few months i havent had time to do a lot. Im just waiting for the input flange and the custom downpipe to be made, ive had the custom boost pipes made to match up to the standard pipe work so that isn't an issue, in the next few weeks (hopefully) the gtb2260vklr will be fully fitted and ready for the few days ive booked at the mappers. Stay tuned guys i will take lots of pictures and keep you informed. Anyone is more then welcome to come assist on the installation.

Evening every everyone sorry for the lack/no recent updates to the VKLR project ive been soo busy lately.

Ive booked the 21st and 22nd of this month off to start and fit the turbo.

I have got everything planned so hopefully everything should come together just fine.

To start with is removing of the old unit (that maybe up for sale) and fitting the vklr in its place,

thats the easy bit the next part is to T into a hot and a cold coolent pipe ive decided to use the old egr cooler pipework for this,

Next is fitting the stainless braided water and oil hoses.

Then get the car on my mates trailer and take the car to have the custom downpipe made also have the intercooler pipwork adjusted to match up to the vklr.

After all that is done its the first run of the car home to change the injectors and then run the car for a few days before having the map adjusted to get the full potential out of the hefty GTB2260VKLR.
