New bolts?

The kit only comes with one bolt for the lower one and all the others are fine. The top one has already had the bolts replaced from the "last incident" hehehehehehe.

I know what you mean. If i ever sell up and decide to return the car to standard I will look for a stock subframe with the mount in it already and just swap out the two.

Fitted the RS4 valve today.... well actually, got a tech at work to do it hahahahaha. So now all that's left is the exhaust and remap and 2+ will be complete.

What difference did the engine mounts make to cabin noise & vibration mate?

The car is coming along very nicely. Pleased to see you finally going Stage 2+!

Thanks mate. Mounts make a massive difference. You can feel it through the wheel now. Cabin noise is a bit louder but only really on pull away when the engine is under strain, other than that barely even noticeable tbh. Can't wait for 2+ to be done, exhaust on Thursday and HOPEFULLY remap at the week-end hehehehe

Went down to AMD today to get my DP fitted and the centre section made up. While we were there and had the car up in the air they said it would be cheaper and pretty much the same if I just cut out the centre silencer and oput in a piece of pipe. Being on the tight budget that i am on now I told 'em go for it. Must say, happy with the results all round and the car sounds much better now. Remap next Saturday just in time for Inters!!!

Yeah Jason, it makes an immense difference. I like the way the car sounds stock when driving normal but when you open her up a bit the sound is amazing hehehehe
