Its the metal nipple that sticks out on the Forge TIP near to the turbo

I can't get the pipe to push onto it

Well the washing up liquid worked too well as the metal bit came out completley.

Which in a way made it easier to push into that pipe but still not a long way in, just hope it sucks

Now to get some glue to hold it all in place unless you think it will be okay? its a tight fit can't see it moving

Right guys fitted tip couldn't really tell difference as car down on boost anyway

So whilst looking around i spotted 2 broken vac pipes so replaced them and moved my boost gauge "T" to the brake servo.

Now as its due in the garage tomorrow i thought i best VAG com it for faults and look at this what came up...

Address 01: Engine
Controller: 6K0 906 032 AB
Component: 1.8L20VTCUPRA R 0001
Coding: 11500
Shop #: WSC 00000
1 Fault Found:
16795 - Secondary Air Injection System: Incorrect Flow Detected
P0411 - 35-00 - -
Readiness: 0000 0000

Could the TIP cause this?

What vac lines did you replace? Have you bypassed the N112 and N249 valves?

It may be an old code that was thrown due to the split lines. Shame VAG COM doesn't timestamp fault codes.

Clear the code, ensure all lines are connected properly and keep an eye to see if it comes back.
