Just remembered when i bought my ecu off him afew months back the very next week he put that intercooler on ebay and sold it ?

the reason i remember is because i nearly bid on it so why is he claiming to still have it over 5 months later

yeh i opened a dispute about 10days ago he said he would post it out on monday last week and i would have it by saturday,saturday came and nothing was recieved so filed a claim and he has not replied to any emails etc and then i looked on ebay this morning and seen that he had relisted it!!

i gather this was off his 'old car' thats although now sold was once registered to him and also seems to have its reg number in the picture if any assistance is reqd with location for collection of funds - let me know
