K04 Conversion Downpipe

Hi, I am currently in the process of doing the K04 conversion on my ibiza fr. I have all the parts I need however the cupra r downpipe i have splits into two pipes but my miltek exhaust is only one. Are there any adapters available to make it fit or will i need a new peice fabricated?
