K04 hybrid playing up, when im going onto full chat I can hear air dumping back through the in take, after a few seconds whilst it builds full boost its fine then??

I'm using a greedy pro spec b ebc, that's been set up correctly by got boost

Changed my 007 spring for a red one as I'm running 1.6 bar still the same?

Worth turning my 007 the other way so the boost is holding the piston shut? Rather than the vacuum?

Or does my actuator need winding in to make it tighter?

What ever it is opens whilst the turbo is spooling up then on full boost its ok?

Annoying me as I can't pin point it out
 
Use a hand pump or a manual tyre inflation pump to determine the cracking pressure of the actuator. you should be looking at between 9-12 psi of air pressure to initiate first movements of the actuator.

Yep, no problem. One evening in the week maybe or next weekend. Try running on actuator pressure only with the boost controller out of circuit just to rule it out.
