k04 question

he guys

i already asked this question on the ibza part but they told me that maybe you can help me

i have bought a k04 turbo and got 1 hole what i dont know what to do with:

the red arrow shows it
and this is the same with water return pipe on it(this pipe covers the hole?)but it stays open

is this for a EGT sensor ?any ideas?

it could be for an EGT sensor. as far as i know the K04 from the 225 LCR has one but the 210 LCR doesn't.

It is some sort of sensor that goes there i blow mine out a couple of days after having the car it looked like a temp sensor to me.

its hard to say what is is with out seeing it in the meat

whats in the whole?
