key problem

In the uk yeh, isnt there a method to learn my key, roll window down use my current key switch ignition on and press buttons, atm all i need it to do is disable the alarm, i can code it to the immob at a later date.

Il get a blade cut and try that tomorrow and see what happens, key blade is only 6 quid so worth a try if it will switch the damn alarm off the car has a fit when i want to open it, god help someone stealing a leon :|

a key blade alone will not disable the alarm, you'll need the remote fob function in order to turn it off.

adding on: the only way to turn off the alarm without a remote fob is to open the door then turn the ignition on with a key thats coded to the immobiliser.

Thats stopped working since i disconected battery its really ****ed its self now and i dont know what to do as i fear its compleatly immobilized its self.

Got a blade today and did that above and sucsess the central locking works, when i get this kit through the door i can code it, but im glad it opens my doors and switches the damn alarm off :mad:
