Knock on my arosa

Hi im just wondering if someone could give me an idea of whats up with my car and if its bad.
Its an arosa its only done 19000 miles. when its on tickover theres a knocking noise but when i push my clutch in it stops. What is it? Is it bad? Price to fix etc
If anyone could help i would be truely grateful thank u

Sound like the thrust bearing! New clutch kit £70-£90.... then labour to remove the gearbox, not always a nice job to do! If you remove the box yourself then it'll be a cheap job. Very low milage tho for the bearing to go.

had one come into work the othe rday found it was the clutch release bearing!! new ones are only pence but as chappy said probably best to change clutch as its out
