Knocking noise?!

Guys! Help!

Im a MK4 Ibiza 1.2 s owner

its only done 65k but theres a knocking noise coming from what i thought was the engine.
Been told it could be cv joint or bushes ? any ideas?

Also the rear seat has jammed and the leaver wont undo it (very loose) any ideas also ?

I would guess the bushes are gone as mine where stuffed after 42k on the clock.
Follow the wishbone back from the wheel and you will find the bush, best to replpace them with Cupra bushes as they are solid and will last much longer.
It can be hard to diagnose CV joints without have the car up on a ramp, sometimes they can be obviously stuffed and can be seen if the rubber boots are burst - thus letting dirt in, damaging the joint.
Had a similar issue with my rear seats in that I took the seat back out altogether but couldn't get it back in for over an hour!

bushes are usually more of a creaking sound,check your droplinks as when mine started knocking that was the problem and that was after about 65k

for the seats try winding in the rubber stop on the back of them this stops it from opening too
