You need the 3" MAF housing but still use your MAF sensor and the TIP, might also need LCR fuel pump then yea just manifold downpipe and the rest you've listed ;)

Doable tho just a pita from what I hear :)

Chris, why not go for bills new hybrid? You'll need rods as well but cam see a consistent 300bhp ;) much more fun

I got my dp for my ko4 conversion from a company call qpeng, at least that's what I think there called.

It's not an easy thing to do and I'd advise the ko3 hybrid

I just dont see the point in putting a k04 on an ibiza when you can hybrid to the same spec and keep existing downpipe (if youve changed it.)

Same as you can actually get better power from the hybrid with a quicker spool than the Ko4 without all the pissing about downpipes etc even with a maxed Ko4 I would recommend rods as I've seen a few LCR boys bend rods on stage two!

I got my turbo from ko3s to ko3 hybrid for £425

If you are getting a turbo 2nd hand get it re-Furb done for piece of mind

Use the qpeng mk2 golf downpipe, 2.5" will be enough for a standard k04 plus its a bolt on fit.. £250 delivered direct from them.

I just sold mine or you could of had that! lol

ok. well i dont want to max it out i only want to achive about 260 with the trimmings so from what iv heard revo would not be a great choice of map because there quite agressive. who would you recommend?

For the peice of mind go for a hybrid, ive got a k04 on mine and it is not as straight forward as people make it out to be. i would recommend ie rods as i bent two on my old block.

The following will need modifying:

Heater matrix pipe beneath the coldside turbo housing.
Oil return line needs extending.
Coolant line off after run pump needs extending (I got a full braided line made up irrc it cost £10 to do so)
Coolant line off the back of the block needs extending (Custom braided line made up / Otherwise use K04 coolant line for this)
Oil line off oil filter housing can be bent slightly to fit straight onto the turbo (If using the standard k03 line)
Standard Ibiza fuel pump will be fine on 3bar as Bill will tell you as long as its still in good working order.
Q peng downpipe is a straight fit but only at 2.5" as 3 inch is not available unless you have it custom made.
standard Ibiza MAF element in 3" housing.
S3 Injectors
S3 manifold
Gaskets to suit
k04 TIP
Mapping to suit

That should sum everything up.

If your maxing it out and going for an aggressive map then yes rods are needed like I said in previous post a few LCR boys have bent there's and they have bigger wrist pins! Besides if your going aggressive then you will be spiking hi boost witch is the killer ;) you would be better off getting a progressive map IMO so you can use the power all the way up the rev range instead of having a hi spike that tails off quickly, you would see a better road result IMO as you will be pulling through the revs ;)
