ko4 upgrade?

Hi everyone, i have a 2001 mk3 ibiza cupra and am looking at upgrading the standard turbo to the ko4 item. What sort of problems am i likely to come into making this upgrade as in what else will need to be changed to suit as in, down pipe? manifold? feeds to and from the turbo? or anything else iv missed!

Any info would be most appreciated or some pics would also be great if any one has got any!
