its basically the same engine mate, so you shouldn't have any problems, prob easier as you have a bit more room!

Assuming you mean as the Beeza, that the Guide in the InfoBase is on about.

Interested in this myself...

Don't have the money for the Forge unit, and not looking to go down the IHI route, but would like to go Stg 2 remap at some point, which advises an FMIC.

Will watch with interest...

well im sure i was one of the first for the leon as my mates done their beezers with success so i tried and was gutted it didnt work, i did have a page with pics but they've all gone its a shame you missed out on the PA group buy on some fmic's

Can someone start from scratch plz.......I've heard a lot of the Ibiza mk3 guys using Laguna FMIC's, friend has a Laguna (older variant P reg) and bloomin heck it's french!! No disrespect to the other french motors, but it gets 0-anywhere at a snails pace

Does the Laguna house a "larger" easier-to-fit FMIC?

More to do with the fact it's cheap and easy to get hold of second hand. When you consider the price of an aftermarket FMIC, and then you see the price the Laguna ones fetch second hand, it's easy to see why so many people do this!

If it fitted the LCR, I'd be tempted myself :)

the bends though are so tight to the engine bay you'd be cutting the airflow off, you've prob got 2-5 cm gap, i mean go ahead and try if you fancy im just saving you hours of work and a load of cash..

i know flash on here done the laguna diesel fmic and compared it to his mates beezer with a forge fmic and was the same map and power etc and it came out cooler than the forge one.

Adam you should of done pro alloy gb mate lovely kit got it for 590 or so all in, if you go through jabba it'll cost you 800 odd
