Model Year 23/24 Latest update help

The latest update on my 73 plate Formentor has removed me as primary user.
I can't log back in.
The local dealer can't fit me in until 9th of May.
Any ideas? It's still drivable but annoying.

Mine did the same... very annoying! I managed to reset my password and it let me back in.

Could be worth trying cupra connect customer services might be quicker than the dealer...
