lc -5w or 10w oil??

[20v roper]

i did a search about oil use for lc but just found a spec list, for topping up the level do i need 5w or 10w? fully synthetic or semi synthetic? my car has done 87k and the oil was changed a couple of months back at awesome, thanks for reading any help greatly appreciated.
