Evening all

So my 04 LCR has the whine when coasting off throttle in 2nd and a little in 4th. I've been researching about this for a while and found the most likely cause is probably the release bearing. Obviously I will not know for sure until the gearbox is out.

I have found the following guide on how to remove and replace the clutch... Which I may as well do at the same time as the gearbox is out.. ready for that stage 1:rolleyes:

However do you guys have any guides on here?.. Yes I’ve searched around.

I've stripped engines before, my R6.. and my other unreliable 2 strokes. So i am debating doing it myself or paying the £400 +to the garage.

Thanks.

Its the gearbox, common fault.. Try change the gearbox oil first, hopefully should help a little for a while.
