LCR Mani + DP External Gate Dilemma

Hi Folks,

I'm in a bit of a pickle about what to do about a manifold and downpipe solution for my LCR build. Got a Tial turbine housing GT3071r with external gate, 38mm Tial MVS Gate.

What are my options

Install K04 system back onto the car and break it in then drive it somewhere to get something fabbed up, installed and mapped?

Trailer the car somewhere to get a mani made up and install new turbo kit. This option is going to be expensive & dificult to drive it back whilst trying to breaking the car in on wastegate pressure due to motorways being a large portion of the journey?

TSR Performance make a manifold but don't currently make an external gate downpipe
Bill @ Badger 5 can make both but he needs the car with him to do it which means one of the above options.

People's input is appreciated

I'm intending on breaking my stroker in with the K04 still on, ive been told map will need adjusting to prevent limp mode so i'm looking at trailering car and running in on dyno.
With regards to mani and DP is there no way of buying of the shelf mani and modifying??
Are you able to weld/ have the facilities to do so??

I don't think the car will go into limp mode if it's only being run on wastegate pressure. Currently in talks with a few people about a soloution need to get something organised as my engine should be back by the end of the month.

Spoken to a local exhaust fabrication place who SAID they can make a 3" Vband Mandral bend downpipe for that car for £350.00 which didn't sound too bad, using stainless steel.

Thoughts?
