hell
could i just add the little MX5 into the 'i enjoy driving' experience?

there are an awful lot of cars that would p1ss on the RS point to point for a lot less money, but would you want to own them, let alone enjoy them?

personally i would have the RS over the LCR, but then i would be happy to see a modernised MK1/2 Escort with a decent modern engine sat on my drive than the Seat i have there now.
IMO of course & it would depend a LOT on the type of driving i would be doing.

I think it depends on your type of driving, the FRS would be more hardcore than the LCR.

However if your going to be doing motorway driving, or racking up the miles, dont go for a FRS. THe LCR interior is cosier, and feels a bit more grown up. If you put miles on the FRS you will make it hard to sell and loose allot of value.

Theres no doubt about it, the Focus RS has a presence, and LSD is nice to have. Its quick and there are lots of options to boost the power. Its nice that its a limited edition run, and thats always going to mean something.

I've got an LCR, i only brought it to tide me over for a few months until i could get the funds to get me in a FRS, but to be honest i probably wont get the FRS, ill just stick with the Leon. The LCR feels more grown up, is fun, fantasic on every single road. Its comfortable. Ive proven to myself this week (becuase im very very poor) that quater of a tank of fuel can get you very very far if your carefull.

Part of me still wants an RS, drove down to a ford garage to check out an RS a few weeks back.. i walked back to my LCR..just looked at my car.. and thought... what am i thinking.. the LCR just looked great. When i fill up.. people glance at it as they walk to and from their cars. Which gives me a buzz. And even in standard form its more than capable of seeing off most things on the road. Just get some decent tyres for it becuase they make the world of differnce.

Tjhey are both great cars, and you would be happy with either, but youll probably pay allot more for a good FRS than you would for a good LCR, and you wouldnt be getting that much more.

The VW/Audi input shows on the LCR

Just my opinion.

Im thinking about the re-sale in 3 or 4 years time, i think the LCR will be worth about 50p by then whereas the FRS will probably hold value with it being rare and not "SEAT"
