After a favour from someone with Koni FSD's and Eibach springs. Could someone please measure the distance between the wheel arch and the top rim of the alloy?

I'm looking to see how much they drop the car by but it's more acurate to get a measurement to the top of the wheel ;)

When i had mine fitted, Jabba measured the car before and then after the FSD's and Eibachs were fitted. It dropped the car 15mm at the front and 10mm at the rear.

Pete, I swear that some LCR's sit lower than other's to start with. I got a bit obsessive about sticking my fingers in the front wheelarch of just about everyone I saw at one point.

I came to the conclusion that generally 210's sit lower than 225's, well that's my opinion anyway. About 10-15mm lower.

That's why I thought I'd ask Phil, see how much they vary once on the FSD's. I'm not sure 10-15mm is quite low enough for me, as mine looks to sit quite high as standard. In fact I sit in the office next to 2 other R owners ( it's the cupra table  ) and I'm sure one of them sits about 10mm lower than mine.

Bugger it I might just have to get coilovers. :D
