lcr paint issue

Hi people got home today and found stuff on my paint.Cleaned it off but it has left bubbles all over the car.I take it its brake fluid.Only had the car month.Is there anything i could use to see if it helps before getting a respray???.Insurance said they will do it if i pay my excess

If its started to bubble, it needs fresh paint mate, it will just start flaking and flaking. When dealing with brake fluid allways keep soapy water near by.

Ah right, its vandals who did this. Thats not good and is jelousy. It wont rust instantly but get it done soon once bare metal is exposed.
