Do a search mate, there lots of posts, which is why i'm going to get one now! Seems pretty straight forward to do.

Is there much cutting etc to fit to the mk4? Ive got a facelift FR if that makes a difference...

not much cutting, its pretty obvious how much needs to be cut when you look at the splitter and your bumper.

Tape it to the bumper first then measure how much needs to come off...piece of cake to fit, 20 min job max

Took my dad an I about 2 hours, because he's bloody meticulous.
It looked good in the end though and its pretty easy. Don't be afraid you can't break anything!

2 hours!...i chucked mine up on ramps and just masked it on, then got drilling hahaha

did it on my own and am paranoid about how it looks!! o well il just lower it loads so im not so paranoid about whether you can see the join!

carrying on from an old post lol and may b a very dumb question but did u use any particular type of screws??

I used self tapping roof screws, with some big penny washers! Sturdy but not too much, don't fancy ripping the bumper to bits if I caught it on something! The splitter was £30 for Seat and took about half and hour to fit! Ran the can up on some ramps too, just to give abit more clearance to work underneath.
