I've got a set of Apline type-s compoments and pioneer head unit......JBL twin voice coil sub and JBL 75.2 250rms amp.....and the same running the components....

Very good sound off them, but not the quality i want

Are there any direct replacment for the standard speakers? Wouldnt mind up grading a bit

There aren't any direct replacements, but i believe auto sound shops should be able to supply adaptors that act as baffles, and take upgrade speakers.....

Golf Mk4 door speaker adapters. Any car audio shop ( or halfords if you're really desperate ) can get them for you.

I am looking for an amp to power my Vibe subs.

I did have a SPLx 900W(MFT900 i think )

What power figures do I need to be looking at to get a decent amp to power my subs (?W x 2channels, ??RMS per channel etc........)

I didnt pay much for my SPLx but it made the subs sound the dogz.

Any suggestions?????
