leon 1.6 16v S and SE Bhp?

I know the S is around 105bhp but I am sure I read somewhere that the Se had a couple more horses????

I owould imagine its the same engine so 105BHp

I believe the only difference is the trim level, the engine and running gear are the same.

What age of leon are you referring to, as there was the 1.8 20v SE non cupra version

2001, deffo 1.6 16v lol

i thought it was the same , however just heard around that it was like 5-10bhp more on the SE, not that it matters - power = cupra NOT SE lol

but the same engine dopesnt always mean the 'same' same. Similar engine in the lupo GTi, VAG 1,6 16v but thats like 125bhp

You're right that the same basic engine can be made to provide different power levels, but in this instance it's the same. It's just the trim levels that change
