Hi !

My Leon was remapped last week.

At first .. some pics:

The power has been increased from 185bhp to 205bhp only, but the torque has jumped from 238Nm to 300 Nm.

Engine type:

1.8 20vt.
K03s / VVT
2003
standard exhaust / air box / N75 / diverter valve.

What do you think about the torque ???

We can see that it decrease fast in low revs (only 280Nm left at 4000 revs). I logged some blocs with vag-com (required pressure vs actual pressure, MAF reading, N75 duty cycle)

Actual boost is around 1.2 bar (spike)

N75 duty cycle = <70% after 4000 rpm but the "required boost is higher" than the "actual boost pressure"

This pics shows you the maf reading / boost pressure.

débit Gmac : MAF reading
pressio Gmac : boost pressure

Jay is driving an ibiza cupra 20vt modded (with high boost pressure)

So..

Who can tell me if there is somthing wrong ???

Thanks !

there may not be someting wrong, it may just be a conservative remap

you could try changeing N75 to see if it improves as 70% is quite low

n75j on a remap (unless you know the software people specify it) is not as good as the standard n75f, been there done it, changed back to F!
