Leon 2021 PHEV DashCam/Fuses help!

Hoping to get a quick bit of advice on hard-wiring a dashcam & which fuses to connect to for parking mode to work? Have two connecters (red & black) and an earth... sadly it's not so easy to get a Haynes manual!

Ah, thank you. Couple further questions if I may. Do I have to use a slot that's already occupied, or better an empty? Second question... how on earth do I disconnect the car battery? I'm guessing I should do that first!

Personally I'd use an unoccupied slot that has a supply pin in it. I don't see the need to disconnect the battery if you're only wiring in a dash cam.

Thank you... ended up splashing the cash a little, it got a bit sparky when I tried so backed off rapidly. No damage done though. Were a couple other bits I was a little stuck on, but thank you for the advice.

Moving from a 25 year old car to a 3 year old car... quite some learning curve, especially with the electrics. I'm sure I'll have bundles of more questions as I get more familier!
