Leon Cupra 290 2019 - Driver Assistance Package

I'm getting a Cupra 290 (2019) and I have read the Lux version comes with heated seats (not bothered about these) and also the driver assistance package - adaptive cruise control etc.

Does anyone know if it is possible to retrofit the driver assistance package to a base model?
