Yeah? Evo never been my kind of thing. I'd have a spec c that's about it. As there something special.
Just with the Leon you know mostly there isn't a big bill lurking waiting to rear it's head, that's one thing you can't be certain of with the jap stuff.
I've ordered all new suspension bushes today.
Top mounts
Track rod
Wish bone front Bush
Ball joints
I've already got the rear wish bone Bush upgraded. Took the walk kit off, as well as the arb out. Which has made the car drive better.
I need the oem subframe fix. What else is there that needs replacing there
????

I always thought the WALK kit was a massive improvement personally?
You should be alright at stage 1 with the clutch too. I think you should get a Spec C and make it even more epic than it already is
The 2.5 bit me bad, the car was stunning. That's why I wish I had forged it tbh. Lost all faith in it.
Yeah I don't want to put a clutch in. Esp with the cost. Just can't justify the cost for the power.

New screen fitted to replace the bullet holed one fitted,
Also reprinted the back bumper and tailgate, finally happy with the match,
Basically I had to do around 5 spray out cards all with the same shade, with varying coats and also removing a orange tinter, in the end it took a white ground coat then seven yellow coats lol

With the car having a new screen I decided to seal all the glass with a product called gtechnik or something. Tbh smells just like rain x but dearer, meant to last over 12months though so well see.
I was going to machine polish n wax the car but decided not to bother as I was on the minutes and it started to snow hahaha
Next week all the suspension components will be don't then I'm hoping the tiny rattle I have will go. Failing that it's a new wheel bearing.

Yellow is a real PITA to match. On my previous car, a yellow mk1 ZR160, I put a mk2 rear on it. I basically sprayed the bumper and boot white first then 2 coats of a random yellow my mate had lying around, then sprayed my cars yellow over the random yellow and the match was pretty much perfect.

Trophy yellow is very opaque. We were mg approved when they were still going.

one of the lads at work raves on about dodo juice wax, so decided to do a test,
bonnet pre cleaned and then split in three
left to right, purple haze/ hd wax /blue velvet
then these turned up for the suspension, front wishbone bushes
