Hi I've just bought another mk2 Fr tdi and the previous owner messed about with all the fuses and none of them are the right voltage or the right places, is there absolutely any chance anyone here with a mk2 pre facelift fr tdi could take a close photo of their engine bay's fuse box so that I could just copy it to fix the issue? It would be very very appreciated!!

Yeah I found that last night but it would probably be easier to use copy it from a funtional FR as mine is all over the place keeps blowing random fuses cause their not the right voltage, every time I turn the steering wheel my ESP & tyre pressure light flashes lol

Haha yeah fuses restrict the current flow in a circuit, not voltage.

Try and find a manual online as that's your best bet for ensuring fuses are correct.

Pretty sure your car wouldn't run properly with the wrong fuses though.

@timmy89 that would be brilliant! I would really appreciate it!

@Jarre I know that's what the head mechanic at my work said but it was running fine for about 3 weeks until a fuse went and turns out every fuse in the box is a replacement not genuine fuse. Must of changed every single one for some strange reason!

Looks like it lol turned out he purposely had the wheels cambered into an angle for "better cornering" lol starting to regret getting it now!
