well decided on getting the FR+ TDI! part/x my 02 plate 20VT for 7K, which i thought was ok, about what i expected. meaning only 7K left to pay. Only problem is I had to make decisions on the colours i wanted, because they have to hunt around for new ones in the morning! first choice is Platinum, then black and silver... though i'm not keen at all on the silver ... only thing i didn't like is that they wouldn't start search for one in the morning unless i paid a deposit (thought that was a bit bullish) ! now means if they can't find a platinum or black one anywhere in the UK i'd be stck with a silver one , hope that doesn't happen

WTF? Tell them to find you one or you'll go to the nearest other Seat Dealer, Seat UK will tell you where one is i would think

Just had a call, they've got a silver one, but are waiting for a reply on the black and patinum.... feel really sick at the moment, just know i'm not gonna het what i want. does anyone know if i have to go through with the sale if I don't want the silver even if I paid the deposit? i'd rather go with a pre-reg one with delivery milage with the right colour than a new one with wrong colour

Leeboy - I just collected my FR+ (ooops I know this is a post about FR's) and this might help...

We know the dealer well and he showed us on the SEAT UK stock computer that there are just 4 silver and one platinum grey FR+ left...and the Platinum Grey is in his showroom at FRF in Swansea. Even they were suprised how quickly they had all gone, 2 weeks ago they had plenty in all colours.

You could give him a call on 01792 315111 (Gary) he certainly did us a stunning deal...mention Mark if you do call, cheers.

my delimar is that i've already paid a deposit last night, though bullied into it as explained above. CupraRstar mentioned, and have found out there are only a handful of FR+ left, so its a case of a silver one or nought... but guess because i've paid deposit i'll have to go with silver , so if i anyone has a picture of one i'd be grateful.

I believe its 5 days. I've ended up getting the silver one, i'm sure there very nice, so will try to get a look at one over the weekend in the flesh, appologys to all for my depressive messages!

that only applies to distance selling, or selling on YOUR property, not on theres, as you came to them.

I just picked up my red FR+ (20 miles on clock now)

The dealer just got a silver one in and it looked really really nice mate basically they look good in any colour

Just managed to get into driver with the low front splitter.

Only problem is I have a "Rattle" so back up tomorrow to get sorted
