Hi guys

I've been on here a while now so thought it was time I put a thread up

So I bought the car totally standard with 75000miles on it, its a 57 plate with Bluetooth auto lights and wipers.

I haven't got any pictures of the car as standard but only thing I changed at the this point was the wing mirrors and front grill which I sprayed black.

I then removed the back box and changed the exhaust tip for a 6x4 inch oval

It stayed like this for about 6 months then I got deleted the DPF and had it remapped, I ran it like this for a while, then I deleted the EGR valve and had it mapped again. Never had it rolling roaded so I don't know what it was running.
I also fitted a short shifter, this is a great mod to do btw, I then wanted a bit more noise from the engine so I installed a s2000 filter with a 90degree hose. It sounded great at first, made a nice noise when letting off the throttle, this stayed on the car for about 3 months until it got on my nerves lol

Now recently I have purchased a hybrid turbo from Xman, its a 1756VK, I dropped the car off today at JK Automotive in Barnsley to have it fitted along with a 2.75" downpipe and a 4 bar map sensor and a 3 bar boost gauge just to keep an eye on things. I can't wait to get it back. As soon as I get it back I will post some photos of the rolling road print out and turbo etc

Got the car back tonight. Downpipe and turbo fitted. New ecu :( egr cooler delete and running a Base map for time being due to finding out I have a air leak on inlet manifold. Does anyone know if the BKD one fits? Prefer an aluminium one than plastic

Waiting for my BKD inlet manifold then I can get the boost turned up and finally use this hybrid turbo to its full potential

Had new inlet manifold fitted. Turned boost up to 29psi seems to be OK so far. Think the map needs fine tuning tho. Hoping to get it on a rolling road over the weekend. Here's some pics

Got my coilovers fitted during the week. Bit stiffer ride than standard but look and feel loads better. Got adjustable drop links fitted too but need to have a play around with them to get them right. Also paid jamie kilner a visit to sort my mapping out, who did an amazing job and it's boosting as it should. Absolutely love the car now. Jus wanting to get some wheels now and get some bits and bobs resprayed
