Leon FR USB MP3 Player issue

Hi,

I have a 2009 FR CR TDi with the USB and Aux inputs.

I've been trying to connect my MP3 player (Sansa Clip+) to the USB port, but it doesn't seem to recognise it as a device containing my music. It charges the player when plugged in but when you go to the media menu on the car, USB isn't showing up as an option with the MP3 player connected. However, if I put in a standard USB pen drive, it finds that fine and plays music no problem.

Any suggestions on how to get the car to recognise the MP3 player through the USB port?

How is the Sansa formatted?

I wonder if SEAT only read from a Fat32 file system...

Yeah, saw that. I think it is Fat32 anyway. Seat UK were no help at all, just suggested I go to a dealer!
