Go with the genuine SEAT Aerodynamic bodykit. Keep an eye out on eBay as there are usually genuine rear spoilers and sideskirts, factory painted, for £175 - £200 each.
There's no side skirts on eBay at the moment (in white) but there are rear spoilers. Can't make out if yours is a 3-door or 5-door. Also, SEAT do two different whites.

The official side skirts and front lip would be over 1k.
Each dealership has the ability to charge extra on top of the parts and fitting for painting.

I'm really interested in the rear bumper and spoiler, no doubt the twin exit exhaust will be a grand or more

I bought the aerodynamic kit from Lookers seat:
Rear bumper (approx £450)
Side Skirts (approx £300)
Rear Spoiler (approx £200)
They needed special brackets for parking sensors (foc)
Total approx £950 parts.
Paint and fitting by bodyshop £650
All in approx £1600.
Look on SGPetch website for comparison. Lookers did a good price as normally much higher from dealer. You would be just as well buying from online (caraccessoriesplus) also as sg petch and get a reputable body shop to fit for you. Comes with exhaust trim for standard twin exhaust.
I have to say as its OEM it looks great, fits well and was well worth it.
I didnt bother with front bumper (£650?) or double exhaust (£500) as didnt need it. White would look mint.

Looks amazing mate, I'd likely skip the exhaust aswell but my 1.6 doesn't have any tailpipes, So it's a must have! 
This is the exact one I bought, perfect match with the colour and added so much.
Recommend this if you haven't bought one yet, it is a genuine seat part.

I bought the rear spoiler from SGpetch a few weeks ago for £140+shipping and another £100 for a good paint finish but it makes a huge difference to the look of the rear end. Good service from them.
