I had a look and in the options table it says it's available on se. Checked the car builder and can't find an option for it. Think dark forces are conspiring to have you buy an FR.

Go on you know you want one.

Hahaha, I'd love a fr but the ride is too firm for me, need somthing a lil more softer.

Also is it true that in all 2016 models inc the se the touchscreen has been increased to 6.5 inc from 5inc
As a free upgrade or is my dealer just having me on?

It's true.

Wouldnt call it a free upgrade. You are paying for it. Much needed too as the old one was slow.

On electronic parking brakes: the one in my last VW CC was pretty foolproof, but applied itself a bit abruptly on occasion. Combined with the hill hold function, I liked it. You always had to be wearing a seat belt before it would disengage, though. But I don't miss it in the Fr - nor the heated leather, as the Leon's half leather front seats are every bit as comfortable and more supportive. Mine also does without auto lights and wipers (I mistakenly thought they all had them) but again it comes down to what you want and what you actually need.
I've only had 24 hours with the Leon (64-reg diesel 150 in gloss white) and mostly in the dark - so it's early days yet, but I've already had more fun driving it than a year of the CC, which was super-smooth but a bit remote. Only downsides with the Leon so far are the tough ride on the 18s (remedied by reducing tyre pressures from 35 to 32/29) and the standard stereo, which is fiddly to adjust on the move, and has the notorious door card "tizz". Soundproofing beckons, methinks.

I am in the same dilema.golf or leon.
But i think i will go for leon. Like the "mean look" :) clusters are the same as golf, even same than a3.
Maybe there is little more room inside a golf....

Which Leon are you going for- se, fr etc ?

Heard that fr has little bit harder suspension.but is fun to drive it round the corners.

I drove my 33 mile commute in Eco and have achieved 66mpg average for the trip. That should be work and back on a single gallon of diesel.

I do about 100km per day.
80% highway,so i need diesel.
I do 20-25kkm per year. So gasoline fr is no go ;)

Normal mode will be on for trips...

Just wanted to get people's opinion on the alor blue, never seen it in person so not sure if it looks good in real life or not, trying to decide weather to go for that or Nevada white :)

Also is white as hard to keep clean as a black car?

Thanks everyone

Alor blue is awesome.
Same goes for chili/pasion red.
White car is easyer to keep clean, even on the sun all day it doesnt get so hot.
Black color is hot as hell on the sun, every bit of dust can be seen on it.

Disagree, in Scotland we want harness as much sun as we can so black car works well. Go with White, and you could lose it when it snows.

Agree with this and my black car is currently a lot cleaner looking than my neighbors white BMW who washes his more than me too.
