I never had an issue, I managed to login to seat connect without ever connecting to WiFi.

What colour is the light next to the SOS button
Off, sometimes it flashes red

You will need to take it to the dealer, could be the sim card/modem isn't working or is off

Sorry to spin this conversation back up, but did you ever get this sorted @Mikey887 ?

Received my Formentor today and not been able to log into my CupraID Account all day. Neither using eSim or WiFi. Was planning to give it a day as it seems it's an inconsistent service to say the least, but would love to know what the next steps are if still no luck.

Mine has been off (grey globe) for coming on 2 weeks now. Anybody else?

What's more annoying is I have a paid for data package for internet radio that is being wasted as the whole connectivity is down.

Mine took almost a week to activate and start working but since doing so has been active pretty much every time I've got in the car without problem.

I reached out to literally everyone involved, the dealer I got the car from, the local dealership where I had an appointment with a technician to look at it (Started working before my appointment), Cupra Customer Services directly over the phone. Then on the way down to my local dealership appointment, it started working, just out of nowhere. So mine just took time, or someone to do something on the other end.

Super frustrating and sorry I don't have a magical fix to offer you, just my experience with how it went.

That's my data off again called Cubic again will raise my issue with technical support will wait and see when it works again

Hi - mine was off this morning, but is back on again now. May be worth trying to log in again?
Will do, makes you wonder if you'd be better with a car without all the tech/sensors in them like a Mk 1 Vauxhall Astra GTE I couldn't afford this one I had the 1.6 SR

After the 12 months free access to Connect a week ago I subscribed for 2 years cover.
Ever since then I've been unable to access the internet via the cars esim. The globe is greyed out. Rebooted the infotainment system which didn't change the globe and tried to do a factory reset but error message came up stating reset failed. Contacted Seat helpline by phone but they really didn't resolve the problem. Just said relocate the car to get a better signal! I've made sure that the cars esim is activated and not wifi.
Dealer is unsure why this is and car may have to go into the workshop.
The SOS button is green.
Paid a lot of money and getting nowhere!

Same issue here as well.

My car displays me as a user but won’t let me use it. It asks to log in again and when I do (although I don’t need to as I’m already logged in) the car says it can’t log me in.

All my settings for mirror seats etc are all over the shop now as I am a guest in my own vehicle .

Cupra connect app show me having 100 mile of fuel left and car sat on my drive when it actually has a full tank and is sat 4 miles away outside Starbucks .

As with all the software on these cars, it’s a lottery if it works or not.

My experience today mirrors yours. Spent almost 2 hours speak to a girl at Seat who was very pleasant but in the end couldn't resolve the issue.
Was told to email screenshots of error messages and greyed out globe to a email address.
Will wait and see whst happens next.

I’m having the same issue. This but also just a very unpredictable reliability. Like someone said before it’s a lottery whether it works or not.
I’m going to try and just wifi hotspot from my iPhone and see if that helps. Only sucky thing about that is that I can’t then have wireless CarPlay which I thought was really handy with the iPhone sat on the charging mat with no cables.
For me it always seems to stem from putting the s-pin in. When I ask the system to just remember my pin, I get less issues.
I made the mistake of adding my other half as a separate user so it would remember her preferred seating position and driving settings, but with two s-pins that seems to have exacerbated the problem.
