Mine took almost a week to activate and start working but since doing so has been active pretty much every time I've got in the car without problem.Mine has been off (grey globe) for coming on 2 weeks now. Anybody else?
What's more annoying is I have a paid for data package for internet radio that is being wasted as the whole connectivity is down.
Will do, makes you wonder if you'd be better with a car without all the tech/sensors in them like a Mk 1 Vauxhall Astra GTE I couldn't afford this one I had the 1.6 SRHi - mine was off this morning, but is back on again now. May be worth trying to log in again?
After the 12 months free access to Connect a week ago I subscribed for 2 years cover.
Ever since then I've been unable to access the internet via the cars esim. The globe is greyed out. Rebooted the infotainment system which didn't change the globe and tried to do a factory reset but error message came up stating reset failed. Contacted Seat helpline by phone but they really didn't resolve the problem. Just said relocate the car to get a better signal! I've made sure that the cars esim is activated and not wifi.
Dealer is unsure why this is and car may have to go into the workshop.
The SOS button is green.
Paid a lot of money and getting nowhere!

I reached out to literally everyone involved, the dealer I got the car from, the local dealership where I had an appointment with a technician to look at it (Started working before my appointment), Cupra Customer Services directly over the phone. Then on the way down to my local dealership appointment, it started working, just out of nowhere. So mine just took time, or someone to do something on the other end.
Super frustrating and sorry I don't have a magical fix to offer you, just my experience with how it went.
