Loading POI'S into sat nav

Hi,

Been a long time since I've been on here.
Don't have my mk1 cupra r anymore

I do though have a mk3 ST Fr, 64 plate.

I am looking for some information on putting my POI'S on to my in car sat nav.

Does anyone know what file format the nav system uses for POI'S?
I have a colleague who has a 15 plate passat and the files for his nav are .csv but this does not seem compatible with the leon.

Any help is much appreciated.

It's in here somewhere. Been done on a Mk7 golf. Search will pop it up I'm sure.

As far as I am aware you can not up load any POI that why you cant put the speed cameras on
The only thing you can enter is a address from a business car this will only by a location
