Locks are doing odd things

Hi all

need some help / advice please

2005 LCR and when I unlock the the car using key fob the driver’s door unlocks,
But when I press the unlock on the key for the second time the rest of the doors no longer unlock?

….Then if I use the lock / unlock button on the driver’s door panel …it sometimes unlocks the rest of the doors but only after several presses.

where should I start please?

It would be worth scanning for fault codes first but my money is on the drivers door mechanism being faulty.

I think my mk1 leon started to go with the loom in the door shut that connects door to main body.

Think the cables had started to break.
Was a long time ago

Disconnecting the battery can sometimes fix dodgy locks
